You can mount the PROPORTO system in two ways: without drilling, using mounting tape, or the classic way with screws. Choose the option that suits your wall and transform your interior in just a few minutes.

Option 1: Tape mounting (no drilling, ready in minutes)

An ideal solution if you want quick installation without dust or noise.

  1. Unpack the kit

    Inside, you will find a 2-piece magnetic base with strong tape, 15 wooden panels, and an instruction manual.

  2. Clean the wall

    Wipe the surface with a damp cloth to remove dust. Avoid loose or unstable surfaces.

  3. Remove the tape backing

    Before peeling off the foil, mark exactly where the base will hang. Remember: once stuck, the base stays on the wall permanently!

  4. Apply the base

    Place the base against the wall and press firmly over the entire surface for 2 minutes to ensure the adhesive takes hold.

Option 2: Screw mounting (a solid classic)

Choose this method if you are mounting on a demanding surface or prefer traditional mechanical fastening.

  1. Unpack the kit

    The kit contains a magnetic base, 15 panels, 8 screws with wall plugs, and an instruction manual.

  2. Mark 8 holes with a pencil

    Place the base against the wall (using a spirit level is a good idea!) and mark 8 points for drilling with a pencil—4 for each part of the base.

  3. Drill the holes and insert the wall plugs

    Choose the correct drill bit for your wall material, drill into the marked spots, and insert the wall plugs.

  4. Screw the base in

    Attach the base to the wall by tightening the 8 screws evenly, preferably in a cross pattern.

  5. Arrange the panels

    The base is ready! Place the wooden panels and create your own compositions—the magnets allow for complete freedom.

Tips for the perfect effect:

  • Use a spirit level: Even the one in your phone app will do. Ensure the base hangs straight before drilling or sticking—this ensures the entire composition comes out perfectly.
